Well, I'd been sitting on them for years. I'm just trying to clear up my old debts. It's funny. Paying all these parking tickets from my time at PSU (and they all quadrupled due to non-payment) is still cheaper than renting a parking space for the same period of time. Go figure.

Well, go you, I say. Way to be an upstanding citizen. Some people NEVER pay them. And by 'some' I mean "LOTS".

Well, anybody who has as many as I do faces the prospect of getting their car towed or their butt sued. So, I do have a dog in this fight. It's not simply to be upstanding, upstanding though I may be.
